This winter care yourself

In winters we are more prone to certain health problems that come with this season. Apart from common health problems like cold, flu and other winter issues there are many skin problems that haunt us.
Some skin problems like acne is something which makes us look dull particularly when the temperatures are too low and cold breezes are blowing strongly.
Here are some ways that help you to get rid of acne and scars during winters.

1. Ventilated rooms
In winters we usually pack ourselves into the rooms and also we keep our house close to a great extend. You need to make sure that the sir circulation is must inside your house as it makes our skin to breathe properly.

2. Utilize a humidifier
A humidifier adds moisture to the sir by warming the water up and transforming it into a light vapor. Make sure to bring humidifier in the winter season instead of dehumidifier.

3. Keep yourself hydrated
We usually require 6 to 8 glasses of water every day, doesn’t matter whether we are thirsty or not. Water keeps our skin hydrated as well as keep us away from toxins and also help in development of bloodstream to skin.

4. Use moisturize
Use a good quality of skin moisture cream; avoid choosing that cream which contains excess oil. Such cream will help you to keep your skin moist and supple and also fight against the redness that occurs due to chilled wind.

5. Give up on chemical products
Many skin products contains chemicals, avoid using such products instead use a facial cleanser that doesn’t contain any chemical or medicine. Apart from this, try to be your face often to keep pores open and contaminations out.

6. Indulge yourself into exercises
Exercise is important to keep your skin healthy these winters. It helps you to opens the skin pores open, swaet out toxins, balance hormons, incrsea circulation, reduces stress and also helps to builds muscles and strength.
