Problems connected with Obesity

Busy schedule and more work load made people to work overnight and people generally blame junk food for their obesity problem. If a person’s weighs more than 20% of the normal weight considering his/her height, then he/she is considered as obese person.
Obesity can lead to much health related problems that can affect health in many ways:-

1. Heart problems

Excess fat can result to have high BP and also high in cholesterol level. These conditions are the main reasons behind the occurrences of many heart related problems. You can lower the chances of causes of heart disease by lower the body weight up to 10% of the body weight.

2. Type 2 Diabetes

Obesity can also cause type 2 diabetes among people. if in case, you are already suffering from Type 2 Diabetes, then you need to control the level of blood sugar by indulging yourself more into physical exercises and also by losing some weight as well. Otherwise, for those who are not suffering, prevention are better than cure, you can take consider various steps to reduce the chances of getting affected by Type 2 diabetes:
• Exercising on regular basis
• Take adequate amount of sleep
• Having a balanced diet
• By losing weight

3. Gallbladder Disease

If you are overweight, then the chances of getting an infection in gallbladder and gallstones are higher. But fast weight reduction itself or loss of excessive weight can make you more prone to getting affected from gallstones. But chances of getting gallstones are less if you’re losing weight 1 or 2 kg per week.

4. Cancer

Cancers such as colon, breast, kidney, endometrium, and esophagus are associated to obesity. A few researches have seen connection among cancer of the gallbladder, pancreas, ovaries, and with obesity problems.

5. Osteoarthritis
It is a problem related with joint that affects the hip, back, or knee of the patient. Due to the excess weight or if extra pressure is put on the joints can damage the cartilage eventually. To get relief for this problem, you need to reduce the stress on your lower back, knees, and hips by weight loss.
