Know home remedies for Asthma Treatment

Asthma is a very commonly seen lung disease, in which your airways narrow and swell and produce extra mucus. This can make breathing difficult and trigger coughing, wheezing and shortness of breath. There are two types of asthma problem either acute or chronic. The Asthma attack occurs when there is any problem in the passage of airflow in the lungs. Allergies, Environment factors, genetics, smoke and tobacco, respiratory infection are the common causes of asthma.

There are many treatments available for asthma, but more or less they may cause side effects. There are many simplest and easiest homemade remedies which are beneficial for asthma.

1. Ginger:
Ginger help to reduce the inflammation in the airway and also gives you a relief from asthma attack. You can eat the ginger raw by missing it with salt or ginger juice, honey and pomegranate juice will be great mixture. Apart from this, ginger also enhances the effects of drugs and gives relax to your muscles.

2. Mustard Oil:

Mustard oil is beneficial for asthma attacks and also helps to decrease the symptoms. The person suffering from asthma should use mustard oil mixed with camphor and massage it gently on the chest and back to proper breathing.

3. Coffee:
The caffeine present in the coffee works as a dilator of the bronchial tissues and also helps in clearing air passage. But consuming more than 3 cup of coffee in a day is not good for health because of caffeine. Asthmatic person should consume hot coffee as it helps in breathing properly.

4. Garlic:
For the best result, you need to boil about 15 cloves of garlic in milk and drink it once in a day.

5. Honey:
Honey is always been one of the oldest home remedy for asthma. Take 1tsp of honey in a glass of hot water and drink at least 3 times a day. It has been said that even the smell of the honey can create wonders.
