How do you deal with your headaches?

People often complain about regular headaches, which can be classified as tension headaches. About 90% of the headaches are due to tension headaches only, lack of sleep, bad posture, eyestrain, hunger and stress are some of the common symptoms which people generally suffer throughout your body. Around 28 million Americans nearly 10% of the population suffer from headaches of some kind, most of them are women and these are migraines, not headaches

Common triggers for headaches are Dairy Products, Dehydration, Low blood sugar, Perfume, Weather, Smoking, Caffeine, and Fatigue. There are some of the techniques which could be very helpful in stress management and relieving tension, this will help you to teach to manage pain and stress cognitive behavioral therapy. Meditation on regular basis, emotional freedom techniques, and drink lots of water are some of the ways to release stress.

Exercises which can be perform to get relief from headache: Put a pencil between your teeth but don’t bite – you have to relax to do that. The relaxation and the distraction should ease the headache. There are certain foods that need to avoid preventing headaches, such as Peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, pizza or other tomato based products, dried fish, picked food, onions, avocados, potato chips products, ripe bananas, citrus fruits, papaya, kiwi, pineapple and many more.

There are certain natural remedies for headaches such as, Magnesium, feverfew, water, fresh air, B-Complex and many more. Using natural remedies are much better choices as headaches are not something you want to live with all the time.
