Dr. Ashish Mittal is the Director & Chief Consultant in sports
Medicine, Arthroscopy & Joint Replacement at the Institute. He
completed his MBBS From RNT Medical College, Udaipur and M.S. in
Orthopaedic Surgery from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, Rajasthan. He
subsequently gained higher surgical training in Joint Replacement,
Sports Medicine & Arthroscopic Surgery at various centres of
Excellence in UK, France, Germany and South Africa.
He was awarded Membership by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh,
UK and awarded Diploma of Exercise & Sports Medicine by Princess
Royal of Britain.
He is the only Orthopaedic Surgeon in Rajasthan who is certified from
OXFORD, England to do Partial Knee Joint Replacement & has done
partial knee replacement first time in Rajasthan.
He is one of the very few Orthopaedic surgeons in India who has done MCH
in Orthopaedics and European Examination in Sports medicine.
He has worked as a team physician for Trail Finder Rugby club, London in
the past and at present he is the honorary Consultant Orthopaedic
technique to his country fellow men.
